Reflective Practice
Each of the residency options described on these pages invites
teachers to engage in the learning process thereby directly
reinforcing school district goals for performance assessment,
constructivist teaching strategies and curriculum integration.
It is an honor to engage with teachers as an instructional
coach and facilitator as I, too, yearn for the opportunity
to reflect on the art and craft of teaching and learning.
We need to be diligent and we need each other's support
if we are to push back agaist the rising demand for more
and more coverage at the expense of depth and passion.
