The Boston Museum of Science has assembled an excellent sitee on Leonardo including extended background and biographical notes including a host of interesting sidebars. There is also a good section for teachers and their students (grades 4-8) emphasizing Leonardo as a motivational role model for the scientific method. Check out the eyes on the home page.
